This is Crabkeeper, and you may remember a while ago you sent me some free herbal bath for an E that I had with a very bad infection that had eaten away all the segments on her BP side and part of her BP.
I just wanted to let you know she came up from a 45 day molt with tons of energy, and best of all, her limbs back and no infection!
Here she is, slightly deformed but alive and kicking, she was climbing the partition in ISO.

Thank you for the free samples. My little ones are pretty finicky, so I don't like to invest in a full jar of food, since the chances are good they'll turn their noses (do they have noses?) up at most food. So far, I know they definitely are not into rose leaves. Tonight I'm trying your coconut.

I got one of the Organic Medicinal Baths from your store. I had a hermie (an E) that had an infection on his Big Pincher and about 3 of his legs the infection was pretty bad. I know the bath says to bath them for 7 days but i could only do it 3 times in total because he ended up going down to molt. He was down for about 3 weeks and came up today. I thought you would love seeing some before and after pictures of the little survivor. Thank you so much for having wonderful products that truly do work. When I got my order on July 23rd, I put some of the new food in. I only have one crab up right now out of three, and he loves the new food!!! I think he went in the hammock, too. I keep on finding pieces of moss on the substrate. The small hammock fits great in my 10 gal. (It makes my tank look so much better than it did before!)
When I run out of food I am definitely ordering again!!!

Just wanted to let you know that I received everything a couple weeks ago. I took everyone out for a little "play time" while I sifted the sand and rearranged their home to include the moss and the net. I added some new food and put them back in. They love it! Their behavior with the moss tells me that it was definitely money well spent. I took Lemi out the next day to hold him for a while, when I put him back (on the other side of the tank) he made a beeline for the moss and curled up and went to sleep. I figured that since I've had your food for a while and haven't written you to tell how it's going, I should. I have been giving a combination of your foods and fresh stuff or stuff that I dry/freeze myself to my crabs for a while now. I was initially disappointed at the lack of interest in dried foods, but after my first two successful molts, was excited when the food bowl would look like it was savagely attacked. :) Interest slowed again when I got 4 new crabs to add to my previous 2, giving me 2 PPs and 4 Es. While I have never seen my crabs eating your food, they have started stealing it out of the bowl. The calendula flower petals have especially popped up around the tank, and just last night an entire dried silverside was gone! I can't find it anywhere in the tank so I hope whoever took it is enjoying it.
I love the service at your store and can't wait to buy from you again on April 1st! Thank you for great products. The crabs thank you very much!

I"m on my 3rd month of crabbing and I have gotten food from 4 different places. Your worm castings seem to have no sand in them and my crabs emptied that bowl really fast. The food from you smelled the freshest and the bags were bigger. I got more food from your store then the other 3 combined and it was cheaper. I will be ordering from you again. Just wanted to let you know that I got my order about a week ago. Every since, my hermit crabs have been so happy! Every night when I fill their bowl, they come out right away to check out what I gave them! They especially seem to love all the "ewe" type food like anchovies, cricket heads, worm castings, and earthworms! LOL!
BTW~ I am so happy I went with the Forest Green color for my corner net, because it matches perfect! Thanks again so much for getting all my crabby stuff out to me so quickly! First, I wanted to thank you for getting my order out so quickly! Do you guys ever take a day off?? LOL
Second, I also wanted to say thanks for sending the order via USPS. It's so much easier for me, (and probably many of your customers), to have the order delivered to my mailbox. And the package is still trackable. Trying to be home for a delivery by UPS or FedEx can be inconvenient and frustrating, which I why I prefer shipping via trackable US Postal Service.
So thanks again for all you do!
